Do you use heat ?
I have not use heat Since Oct.2010, So It's been 3 months since I haven't had heat in my hair, & I don't plan on putting any heat on it for a while.
Hair Routine?
I wash once a week Friday or Sunday ( depend on what type of style I'm doing & how long I want to keep the style in )

Condition: Shea Moisture Conditioner ( $10 )
